Growing in the Grace and
Knowledge of Jesus Christ

Scripture proclaims that God's desire for Christians is that they be conformed to the image of His Son, Jesus Christ (Romans 8:29). During His earthly ministry, Jesus Christ poured His life into a small group of men and women. He modeled what it meanat to be molded into His image by serving, teaching and loving them. These men and women were then commissioned and mobilized to reach every people group and to teach what Christ had taught them. Followers of Jesus Christ, therefore, have a mandate to go and make disciples just as Christ made disciples.

This process of discipleship involves all areas of life. Indeed, Christ's Spirit is at work in all Christians transforming our intellect, emotions, and will. For this reason, true disciples of Jesus are always learning more and more how to surrender heart, mind, body, and soul to Him. They are always growing in their knowledge, love, piety, and service.
